Sarah Swant
Graduated from UW-Madison with a BA in Sociology in 2002, and began working in the human services field. Since then Sarah has worked for organizations including Lutheran Social Services, IRIS, Harbor House, and People's Place. Sarah loves what she does, and feels privileged to have grown relationships and gained experience working with people and their families regarding advocacy, resource referral, case management, community connecting, and promoting and maintaining self-direction.
Mary Kay Rathe
Graduate of Western Wisconsin Technical Institute and course studies at Killian College. Mary Kay has been working in the Human Services field since 2006. Mary Kay was a Community Resources Advisor for Lutheran Social Services. Clientele was primarily older adults seeking resources that would enable them to stay living in their own home. Mary Kay worked for five years with the IRIS Program through TMG (The Management Group) . IRIS is a Wisconsin Medicaid Waiver program for self-directed long term supports for people with disabilities & low income. Mary Kay has a passion for connecting people with the resources and people that help them live the life they choose.
